As a physiotherapist, you will work from a consultative approach with our clients and their employees, both at the individual level and at the group/organizational level. This means that you will develop a common understanding with the client of what they need and their conditions. You understand the health-strategic context of our business and the benefits we create for the client. You take responsibility for and deliver against your own goals on time while maintaining high quality in all deliveries and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role includes assessments and investigations in the physical work environment and/or adjustments based on the physical function of the client employee related to their work. Individual workplace adjustments, ergonomic reviews, work environment surveys, and training/lectures in ergonomics, work life, and health are part of the job. Work often takes place at the client's location and at our unit where visits occur physically/digitally.

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. You understand the holistic view of humans in the workplace and want to work in a preventive and promotional way. You are communicative and can work independently while understanding the importance of the team's cross-professional knowledge. You have high social competence and are a good team player. You are interested in conducting training, which means that pedagogical skills are highly valued. You have good IT skills. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written. It is important that you have a driver's license and access to a car. Work in other locations may occur, and travel takes place during working hours.
