Welcome to Hägersten-Älvsjö home care! Starting from February 2026, we will launch a night patrol for fixed night interventions and address security alarms during the night.

We will hire more employees as needed to cover for regular staff absences. We are an exciting and varied workplace that offers opportunities to develop in different ways.

Your role

As a nursing assistant at night, you will work with experienced and trained colleagues, where you will be responsible for care interventions and respond to and address security alarms. This requires a flexible working style and good collaboration with colleagues. You also need to be self-driven and service-oriented.

Your skills and experience

You need to have:

• Nursing assistant education and proof of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare
• Driver's license
• Experience of night work in home care.
• Good experience with documentation and information transfer
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you:

• Have good local knowledge of Hägersten-Älvsjö.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
