Welcome to our lovely pharmacy in the heart of Sundbyberg. Our pharmacy is located in the Stationshuset in Sundbyberg, which means that most of our customers who come to us in the morning and afternoon are commuters on their way to and from work. We also have our wonderful regular customers who live nearby and like to visit us during the day.

The pharmacy is open Monday - Friday from 07:00 - 18:30. We are closed on weekends and public holidays.

The position is a temporary contract from June 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.

For me as a manager, it is important that you are engaged and positive and passionate about customer service, sales, and teamwork. As a colleague, it is important that you contribute to our wonderful team, where everyone is flexible and helps and supports each other. My goal is to develop a self-sufficient team where everyone feels involved and responsible.

About the job as Responsible Pharmacist at Hjärtat.

As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to improve the health of our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

The position is full-time or as agreed.

In the role of responsible pharmacist, you are responsible for ensuring optimal inventory management and that inventory economics and routines meet set goals. You are responsible for ensuring that daily inventory handling follows Hjärtat's routines and ensuring that an optimal inventory is maintained each month. When needed, you will train your colleagues in the routines related to inventory management.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the Apotek Hjärtat region

• You take responsibility for meeting the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed

• You contribute a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life

As a person, you are positive, engaged, and enjoy simple and new solutions in your daily life, as well as having a strong interest in inventory management, inventory economics, being structured and orderly, and having an interest in problem-solving.
