Our various arenas and sports halls are lively places for daily training and activities. We are responsible for about 40 facilities used for a variety of sports and training forms. During the day, the halls are often used for school activities. Evenings and weekends, associations, companies, and individuals utilize the facilities for training and matches. The halls are equipped with everything needed for different sports.

Here, there are endless possibilities thanks to the large number of halls, rooms, and spaces, as well as the ability to transform the halls into whatever is desired, whether it concerns sports or other events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position primarily involves supporting sports events, training sessions, fairs, concerts, conferences, and other events. You will perform many technical tasks including planning and managing access systems. In addition, you will be responsible for technical installations and assist customers by providing technical expertise. The role also includes performing minor repairs and quickly resolving any issues that arise.

The work is occasionally physically demanding, and you will be active and on the move for large parts of the day. You will be part of a close-knit team of four people, where collaboration is an important part of everyday life. The workday starts at Luleå Energi Arena, but all of the municipality's facilities will be your workplace.

The work involves varying working hours according to a schedule with daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is technically inclined
• can work fluently in Swedish and English
• has a valid B driver's license

It is advantageous if you have:

• experience from similar work tasks
• experience from the association life
• fire safety training
• training in mobile work platforms

To succeed and thrive in the role, you need to be a proactive and outgoing team player who enjoys working in an organization focused on continuous improvements. As service personnel, it is important that you have a genuine interest in creating the best possible conditions for our users. You are flexible, calm, and have good problem-solving skills. Furthermore, you should be able to contribute support within service and maintenance.
