About the Job

In the role of security technician, you will be responsible for meeting customers at pre-booked appointments, where you will perform installations and recurring service of alarm products. The work includes complete project planning, documentation, and installation of alarm components based on each customer's individual needs.

During customer visits, you will walk through the alarm system with the customer, introduce our app, and ensure that the customer feels secure in using our services. An important part of the role is also to identify and suggest complementary products and services that can enhance the customer's protection, so that each customer receives a solution tailored to their needs and home. The customer meeting is characterized by knowledge, trust, and a high level of service.

The employment begins with thorough training that includes both theoretical and practical components, and ends with field training alongside an experienced colleague as a mentor. After training, you will be ready to independently implement new alarm systems and perform service on existing installations.

You will work from home and independently visit our customers throughout Norrbotten, which means you should be prepared for business trips with overnight stays.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has no remarks in their criminal record, which is particularly important since we work with security solutions in people's homes. You have an interest in technology and sales, but the most important thing is your willingness to learn – we provide both training and coaching in the field.

We are looking for someone who is technically inclined, meticulous, and enjoys solving problems. You have a knack for taking responsibility and possess good communication skills. Previous experience in similar work is an advantage. A B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish are required.

You should enjoy taking responsibility for your own workday and be results-oriented even at a fast pace. You take responsibility for your own results in both sales and customer management.

Since we work with low voltage, you do not need to be a licensed electrician to apply for the position – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and want to develop with us.
