Are you interested in technology and looking for a role where you can combine your technical skills with practical work? We are currently seeking operators for one of our clients in Luleå. We are looking for someone who is in search of a full-time operator position. The consulting assignment lasts for 6 months with the possibility of continued employment. The work involves a 4-shift schedule: days, evenings, and nights. The expected start date for the position is in March 2025, upon agreement. You will be part of a team with experienced and driven colleagues!

The assignment is part of our rental business, which means you will be employed by Randstad but work as a hired consultant. Responsibilities

As an operator with us, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing machines. Your daily work involves setting up and adjusting machines, performing regular maintenance checks, and visually inspecting products to ensure high quality.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Previous experience in the production industry is a plus, preferably as a machine operator or process operator
• Ability to work shifts (4-shift)

The most important thing is your drive and interest in the product, quality, and the production process as a whole.
