We are now recruiting property caretakers for the summer to our property service in Luleå. As a property caretaker at HSB Norr, you will be responsible for both internal and external maintenance for our clients, who are primarily housing cooperatives in and around Luleå. Together with other summer workers and regular staff, you will work to provide our customers and members with a really nice summer while having fun!

The largest part of your daily work will consist of external property maintenance, including lawn mowing and trimming. Other common tasks include simpler maintenance and cleaning. You will work both independently and together with your colleagues, where you will have great freedom to solve the challenges you face in your work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a B driver's license for manual transmission.

• Masters the Swedish language both in speech and writing.

We prefer that you have previous experience in property maintenance, but it is not a requirement.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. In the role of property caretaker, you will work closely with the customer and be HSB's face to the outside world. Qualities such as attention to detail, sense of responsibility, and commitment are important to fulfill the assignment and deliver with high quality. You should have the ability to work both independently and in a team. Furthermore, we expect you to share our values and that your actions towards members and customers are based on them.

The position is a seasonal full-time employment during the summer, from June to August. In this recruitment, we work with ongoing selection, which means that we may call for interviews and fill the position before the application period has ended.
