Service Technician at Dematek AB in Boden/Luleå

Dematek AB is the market's most complete supplier of lifting equipment, service, and safety training. We are represented all over Sweden and are now looking for an additional service technician for our region in Boden/Luleå. You will work with the leading brands in the lifting industry and become part of our strong team at Dematek.

About you:

You will be offered a position where you control your workdays and organize your work independently at our customers' sites. We believe you appreciate working with freedom under responsibility. At our customers, you will work with preventive maintenance, service, and installation of our products such as overhead cranes, hoists, pillar jib cranes, and much more related to lifting. We prefer that you are an open person who enjoys having a lot of customer contact and likes to sell both our services and products. You will have access to a well-equipped service vehicle and many people to call when you need help.

We are looking for someone who has:

A strong interest in technology
Previously worked as a service technician
Experience with commonly used administrative systems
A valid driver's license (B)
Basic knowledge of English
Swedish citizenship as some jobs require security clearance

It is an advantage if you have electrical knowledge and can do PLC programming.

The job can sometimes be physically demanding, and since it may involve working at heights, you must be able to obtain a medical certificate for climbing with significant elevation differences. Work underground may also occur.

We prefer that you have a strong interest in technology, are meticulous, service-oriented, and enjoy customer contact. We expect you to communicate fluently in Swedish.

We believe you live around Luleå / Boden, and you will work from home with the opportunity to have your service vehicle as a company car. The position is full-time. There may be security classification alcohol and drug tests at our customers' sites.
