About the Position

The tasks involve working with care and support in the clients' home environment.

You will perform assistance as decided by the support decision. You help with the activities that the client needs assistance with in daily life, to enable them to continue living a meaningful and active life with a meaningful everyday life. You will be the primary care contact for clients, where you are responsible for establishing and following up on implementation plans with clear structured goals, and you will be an important function for the client in the role of primary care contact.

In your role as a nursing assistant, you will work flexibly in the co-planning area. You will perform documentation and report deviations. You work with a clear client focus where our values are self-evident in all work.

You will perform delegated health and medical care tasks and strive to develop your knowledge and area of responsibility. You actively work in the team to create a sense of teamwork, you contribute innovative ideas and joy at work, and you are happy to take responsibility for one of our representative assignments.

You prefer to work evenings.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who sees a good reception as a given, is flexible as a person, and sees their workplace as a team where everyone helps each other. We prefer that you have a degree from a care program and passing grades in Swedish 1 (A) or Swedish as a second language and social studies 1 (A) or equivalent older education.

You are confident in yourself and in your professional role as a nursing assistant. You enjoy taking responsibility, working independently, and making decisions within the framework of your assignment. In your work, you respect the clients' integrity, participation, and self-determination and have a respectful and professional approach.

It is an advantage if you have competence in dementia and cognitive diseases.

You are attentive, responsible, and have the ability to adapt your working methods based on the individual needs of the clients. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and have a strong commitment to providing good and quality care and service.

You are used to documenting and have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. A driver's license and access to a car are required.

About the Employment

Number of positions: 1

The position is permanent weekend work.

Start as soon as possible. Temporary position due to parental leave until January 2027. We are based in Våxtorp.
