Your Responsibilities

In our work, we focus on the individual customer's needs and wishes to provide good and close care and support.

This is done in close collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists.

A day with us involves care and support tasks, delegated actions, and service together with wonderful colleagues. As a nursing assistant, you perform qualified tasks that are part of the nursing assistant role, such as administering medications, insulin, and dialysis.

We have digital solutions to register our actions with customers, to sign administered medications, and to document in our operational and quality assurance systems. We use digital keys for a safe and secure working method.

Our digital solutions in the work mean that you are expected to be able to use both computers, mobile phones, and associated digital tools.

We are looking for staff for the dementia department.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience in elderly care.

It is an advantage if you have experience with systems such as Life Care and SignIT. Digital tools are used daily, and you are expected to learn to navigate the digital systems we use.

We work every day of the week, and you are expected to be able to work every other weekend. Working hours are scheduled for daytime and evening.

As a person, you are accommodating and attentive to those you collaborate with. You have the ability to create trust, security, and engagement among customers, staff, and partners. You need to be engaged and flexible in your role to thrive and perform well.

You have good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish and enjoy working in a role with many contact points.

We assume that you have a good attitude towards everyone and that you work according to the home care administration's values with the keywords: trust, respect, and humility.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
