The Role of School Nurse with Us

As a school nurse with us, you will primarily work with preventive student health work through health conversations and health examinations according to the school health care's basic program for grades F-6.

You will be part of the student health team that works proactively and health-promoting to ensure that all students achieve the educational goals and promote school attendance on several levels. We also actively work to promote equal treatment and good physical and mental student health.

In your work, you will have close collaboration with the student health team and the school's staff and will work together with them to drive and develop health work at the school. Our starting point is to work for the student's best according to their needs.

Your Profile

As a person, you are accommodating in your approach and attentive to your surroundings. You create new contacts as well as maintain your current work relationships. You take responsibility and drive your work forward, delivering results and prioritizing your tasks effectively. You see opportunities in changes, take your own initiatives, and come up with new approaches to work-related issues. You express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

We are looking for someone who:

• is a licensed nurse with one of the specialist training programs: district nurse, pediatric nurse, or school nurse

It is an advantage:

• if you have previous experience working as a school nurse

Our Offer and Additional Information

We offer a permanent part-time position, 80%, with placement according to agreement.
