Omtanken Assistans organizes personal assistance for individuals with disabilities who have been granted assistance according to LSS or SFB. We are now looking for a substitute personal assistant for a boy in Mora who can step in during the regular assistants' leave/sickness and for the summer vacation.

Job Description:

You will work for and with a boy living in Mora. He also travels to Särna some weekends, and if you can accompany him and work there, that is a plus. This boy, who has autism, needs your help as an assistant to structure and support him in all daily tasks. On weekdays, he attends a daily activity program, and in his free time, it involves managing his own household with all the chores it entails, as well as creating a meaningful leisure time. Calmness and structure are key to success for this boy.

The working hours are scheduled for shifts with sleeping on-call duty.

As an assistant for this boy, you must...

• be able to adopt the routines and working methods that apply in the group
• be able to work calmly and responsively

It is also an advantage if you...

• have experience in personal assistance and/or with children/youth
• have experience with autism
• can accompany and work in Särna
