In the middle of the Great Harbor Canal lies our floating outdoor bar, Havsbaren Tyska Bron. A relaxed beach bar that has been refreshing sun worshippers since 2019, on the hunt for the best outdoor dining in Gothenburg – whether it's for lunch, after-work beers, or late-night drinks at the bar.☀️

We are now looking for bartenders, runners, cooks, and dishwashers for full-time, part-time, and extra positions who want to help make Havsbaren the best summer hangout!

About you

You thrive when the pace is high and there is full movement, where you have that special ability to make guests feel a little extra welcome. With your cheerful energy and sense of service, you ensure that both guests and colleagues have a fantastic experience.

As a bartender, you have a sense for pace and quality, you work quickly, cleanly, and with control, you build pressure at the bar without losing warmth towards the guest, and you ensure that every drink and every serving is just right. As a runner, you are present and confident in your interactions, you take care of guests from the first contact and make every table feel taken care of even when it's busy, you are the one who makes logistics shine, you keep the stations alive, refill, carry out, clear away, and see what is needed before anyone has a chance to say it, so that the team can maintain the rhythm even when the pressure is at its highest.

As a cook, you work systematically and with pride in every presentation. You keep track of timing, quality, and hygiene, you communicate with the team and ensure that everything leaving the kitchen maintains the same standard, every time. As a dishwasher, you are the one who makes everything work behind the scenes, you keep things clean, sort with order and pace, and ensure that the kitchen and service always have what they need to deliver. You are quick, precise, and take responsibility for ensuring that the flow never stops, because you know that a strong dish is a strong service.
