We are looking for a dedicated and technically interested property caretaker, for both junior and senior roles. You will be an important part of our team and responsible for ensuring that properties are safe, operationally secure, and energy-efficient. The role involves varied tasks in both preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Responsible for the operation, supervision, and ongoing maintenance of technical systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and control systems

• Troubleshoot, rectify, and document technical faults, as well as initiate and follow up on service and repair work

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance according to operational and maintenance plans

• Perform minor installation and assembly work and coordinate with contractors for larger measures

• Conduct testing and functional checks and report deviations and improvement suggestions

• Ensure that the properties meet applicable safety and environmental requirements

• Communicate with colleagues, property managers, and external suppliers to ensure smooth work processes

• Documented professional experience in property management or property maintenance

• Familiarity with technical systems in properties, such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and control and monitoring systems

• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational optimization

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

• Driving license B is a requirement

• Works in a structured and solution-oriented manner while prioritizing safety and quality

• Takes initiative and can work independently with responsibility for own tasks

• Is flexible and can handle varied workdays and urgent matters as needed

• Good collaboration skills and communicative ability towards colleagues and external parties

• Consulting assignment for 6–9 months with the possibility of extension
