Finance:

With responsibility for budget, cost control, and resource optimization, you ensure that the operations are not only sustainable but also financially successful. You have an analytical eye for details and a holistic view that ensures every investment counts.


Production:

You ensure that operations run smoothly and that our services are delivered on time and with the highest quality. By identifying improvement opportunities and solving challenges before they become problems, you keep production efficient and reliable.


Calculations:

With a strategic eye for numbers and market insights, you conduct thorough analyses and calculations that drive both project and company success. You are the key to transforming opportunities into concrete results.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a leadership role within operations and maintenance, preferably as a site manager.
• Is a natural leader who motivates and develops the team around them.
• Has good knowledge of finance and budget management.
• Is experienced in production planning and optimization.
• Has strong analytical skills and a sense for calculations and profitability.
• Has relevant education, such as in operations and maintenance or equivalent.
