We are looking for someone who wants a dynamic workday where you work both outdoors and indoors. With our properties located in Mölndal and Gothenburg, you are always close to the office – perfect for shared coffee breaks and lunches with colleagues.

You will:

• Take care of gardening and create welcoming outdoor environments in our property areas.
• Handle and resolve service requests from tenants with a smile.
• Work according to checklists and report completed tasks to the manager.
• Contribute to a clean and pleasant environment through cleaning, waste management, and minor maintenance work, such as electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Be a face to the public and build good relationships with our tenants.

You are a person who enjoys working independently but also appreciates good collaboration. You have an easy time talking to people and enjoy solving problems in an engaging way. With your attention to detail and proactivity, you see what needs to be done and take initiative to keep our properties in top condition.

We prefer that you have experience in gardening and enjoy practical work year-round. If you also have a green thumb and like creating beautiful outdoor environments, you will fit perfectly with us!

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an interest in properties and their maintenance.
• Has a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is responsible and enjoys taking initiative.

• Experience in similar tasks.
• Handiness and an interest in gardening and outdoor environments.
