eLinked AB is an expanding consulting and recruitment company in the installation industry. We hire electricians, technicians, foremen, and project managers in electrical installation. Both for our own projects and for client companies we collaborate with.
We have offices in Gothenburg and Stockholm and currently have nearly 200 employees in the electrical installation industry.
This position refers to employment with eLinked AB where you will be hired out to the client company.
The client company is a well-known electrical installer that operates nationwide.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in leading electrical installation projects, preferably in infrastructure or new construction. You have a strong commitment to electrical installation and a passion for ensuring electrical safety and customer satisfaction. With your solution-oriented approach and understanding of both technical requirements and customer needs, you contribute to creating an efficient and safe working environment for your colleagues. The projects you will work on are primarily contract projects in infrastructure.

Job Description:
As a Foreman in Electrical Installation, you will:

• Drive and coordinate projects in electrical installation, from planning to execution.
• Handle material orders.
• Lead work teams and ensure that projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Actively work on workplace safety on the project, ensuring correct PPE and compliance with safety regulations.
• Work with work preparations related to the jobs to be performed.

Your Profile:
To fit well in this role, we see that you should have a few years of experience in leading and distributing tasks in electrical installation. You have either worked as a foreman or project manager before and are accustomed to managing personnel, task distribution, and workplace safety.
If you have previously led new construction projects, it is an advantage, but you may also have a background in service or maintenance in the industrial sector.
You are likely an electrician by trade and thus have firsthand experience of the craft on the job site.
As the position is largely administrative, you need to have good computer skills.

Requirements to apply for the position:

• ECY certificate
• Experience in leading electrical installation
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills.
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Good computer knowledge
• Driver's license B

• A/AL Authorization (General authorization)
• Hot work and other certificates and courses.
