EnergiEngagemang is one of Sweden's largest and most established companies in the solar energy industry. We have been around since 2012. In the summer of 2021, Axsol chose to invest in EnergiEngagemang and became the majority owner. We work almost exclusively in B2B. We perform installations both on rooftops and on the ground and build some of Sweden's largest solar parks. We work as a team, where every part of the chain is equally important and where we take pride in what we achieve together. We are currently located in Strängnäs (HQ), Lund, Linköping, and Gothenburg.

The Role of Service Technician

You will primarily work with service & aftermarket services. Most of the work takes place in the field with daily customer contact. You will have support from and close collaboration with our current service department, which has built up the organization over the past few years, and together you will continue to develop the business area. You will travel quite a bit in the job, mainly within the region and during the workday, but also a few longer trips with overnight stays may occur. The working hours are usually 7–16, but it is flexible, and you largely influence how your planning looks. Our office is located in Kungälv, and that is where you will be based.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and execute work orders and assignments within the service department
• Follow up and manage contract customers
• Perform system updates and configurations to optimize system performance.
• Technical support both internally and externally
• Manage and follow up warranty issues and complaints in consultation with suppliers and customers.
• Follow the company's self-monitoring program and maintain applicable documentation
• Contact person on-site for subcontractors and suppliers

Your Background

• ECY certificate or other authorization
• Driving license B
• Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Previous experience in a role as Service Electrician or Service Technician

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in solar energy and energy storage
• Experience in control & regulation and communication
