In January 2025, we opened the doors to Ligula's newly acquired hotel, Best Western Plus Skogshöjd in Södertälje. We are now looking for an enthusiastic employee who wants to be part of the beginning and create a memorable experience for our guests. Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a flexible, service-minded, and positive person for our reception for extra work.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment with great variation, enjoys collaborating, and has a genuine interest in service.

We are looking for someone who wants to work part-time or extra as needed during the day, evenings, and weekends, with the possibility of full-time work at times.

Your tasks may include:

• Reception: Guest reception, check-in and check-out, accommodation and meeting bookings, responding to emails and guest reviews, proactively working with service sales, meeting arrangements, and assisting other departments. Assisting in the bar and being able to handle both reception and bar during solo work. You are an important part of the hotel team and ensure that our guests are personally welcomed and receive the best possible service.

Qualifications we value:

• Qualifications
• At least one year of experience in hotel reception
• Knowledge of the hotel booking system MEWS is an advantage
• Enjoys handling many things at once
• Is positive, engaged, outgoing, meticulous, responsible, and takes initiative
• Loves working with service
• Is both a team player and independent
• You can express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Experience working in a bar/simple serving is a plus
