We are currently facing several exciting projects that will shape the future of community building, and we are looking for an experienced, committed, and reliable construction engineer. Our projects are diverse, and we work on both larger and smaller renovation and extension projects, as well as smaller new constructions. We have framework agreements and national customer contracts where the company operates nationwide. We also work with ongoing operations, such as maintenance and repair work. We often carry out work with tenants remaining in their homes and in ongoing operations, which places high demands on our flexibility and customer service level. About the position

As a construction engineer, you will be an important support to our site managers. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously and be involved in the entire process from customer contacts, cost estimation, production, and up to completion. You will have a great opportunity to influence the work, and you will take responsibility for achieving our strategic goals: the best workplace, the most satisfied customers, contributing to community benefit, and achieving positive financial results.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in the construction industry. We prefer that you have a degree in civil engineering or equivalent construction technical education.

You are business-minded and understand all parts of the process such as bids, planning, financial follow-up, and production methods.

You have a sense of responsibility and initiative and are used to driving projects forward. Your problem-solving ability is good, and you do not get stressed by challenges and changing conditions. It is important that you have the ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and that you can prioritize and meet deadlines. As a person, you are good at building and maintaining good relationships both internally and externally.

A driver's license is required for the position.
