We are looking for an experienced resource for a supplementary geotechnical field investigation related to a larger initiative in the energy sector focusing on carbon capture. The investigation will be conducted at a combined heat and power plant area in preparation for upcoming detailed design and includes cased drilling at several positions.

The area to be investigated is approximately 1000 m2 and consists largely of paved surfaces and gravel areas. The work takes place in an active operational environment where heavy transport may occur, and in land with existing infrastructure such as district heating, electricity, water, and sewage.

It is possible to use subcontractors to carry out the actual field investigation.

• Plan and conduct field investigation with cased drilling at specified positions.
• Ensure that fieldwork and related analyses are conducted according to specified documentation (BoQ).
• Coordinate the work considering existing utilities and ongoing operations in the area.
• Quality assure the delivery through project responsibility and ongoing follow-up.

• The project manager ensuring delivery quality has at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Documented experience of performing cased drilling in similar assignments.
• Ability to provide at least one relevant reference assignment that included cased drilling.
• Ability to work in an industrial area with ongoing operations and high demands on planning and safety.
• Approved SSG training for work in the area (SSG Access).
