The Role of Machine Operator

As an employee at NCC Industry, you will work in the field alongside your colleagues, close to clients and customers. You will be part of a team with knowledgeable colleagues, and your task involves performing various tasks within the milling operations, such as sweeping with a wheel loader or operating a milling machine. You will work in teams of 2–4 people. The job also includes transporting equipment between different projects. The projects are located throughout southern Sweden, so travel is part of the everyday routine. Offices and workshops are located in Åstorp and Gothenburg.

Your Profile

You have a high school education, preferably with a focus on vehicles, technology, or construction. Experience in machine operation and maintenance is an advantage. A B-, C-, and CE driver's license is required for the position.

We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and working in the field, close to both customers and colleagues. We place great importance on your personal qualities and would like you to have good teamwork skills, a structured approach to work, a focus on quality, and a strong drive.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent seasonal full-time employment based in Åstorp. A probationary period may apply.
