Within the Peab Group, there are many opportunities, and this summer you have the chance to learn more about operations and maintenance, construction, and civil engineering.

Operations & Maintenance: We work with the maintenance of parks, green areas, and streets in public environments as well as with property companies. Our assignments also include a lot of maintenance work and landscaping. With us, you will work with those who have good knowledge of plant management, planting, and pruning. There is much to learn here.

As a summer employee with us, regardless of which project you end up on, you will gain good insight into how the business operates and what you can expect in your future profession. Working with us should be rewarding and developing. You will receive a personal mentor who will be your sounding board and support throughout your employment.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are studying at a high school or post-secondary level, such as vocational college or university level in construction or civil engineering. Furthermore, you have a strong interest in community building and want to work in production. Previous industry experience is an advantage but not a requirement. As a person, we see that you identify with our values JUPP and that you are curious and proactive. At Peab, the work environment is a top priority, and it is important that you have the ability to absorb the safety regulations that exist on the workplace and contribute to a safe and inclusive work environment.

About the position
We are looking for students who want to gain experience of what it is like to work within the Peab Group while also making connections for your future career. The tasks vary depending on your age, experience, and education, but what is common is that you will always be involved in production.

We care about you
For us, safety always comes first. Your employment begins with an introduction where we go through the routines and safety regulations that exist at your workplace. We also conduct a so-called work preparation with risk management for the work tasks you will participate in. We strive to make your employment with us as developmental as possible!
