Senior HVAC Technician/Installer

The role includes, among other things:

As an HVAC technician/installer at CBRE, you will work with troubleshooting, service, and planned maintenance within our property contracts. The work is varied and requires a good ability to plan, prioritize, and drive tasks independently. Travel to other locations may occur.

Responsibilities

• Independently troubleshoot and resolve issues in HVAC installations in various types of properties
• Perform ongoing maintenance, repairs, as well as retrofits and new installations
• Handle operational disturbances and urgent matters
• Suggest improvements and changes for operation, function, and energy efficiency
• Independently manage contact and feedback to colleagues, clients, and tenants
• Collaborate with other operational staff and technical specialists within CBRE

Who are you?

You have:

• Certified HVAC technician/installer
• Several years of documented experience in service work within HVAC in a property environment
• Very good ability to work independently in various types of properties
• Good knowledge of the interaction between all building installations
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and drive work with a high level of service
• Certification according to Safe Water
• Driver's license (B)
• Criminal record extract required
