To meet the increasing demand for our services, we are now expanding our wonderful team with project managers and technical leads focusing on land or landscape!

Our offer Nationally, our community design section consists of about 300 employees. We have several internal networks for knowledge sharing and support, and a strong sense of community permeates our work environment. We work together to solve technical challenges and staff assignments. Our main clients are municipalities, contractors, industries, and developers. In 2024, we will be involved in some of Sweden's largest urban development projects with a strong local anchoring.

About the position We are now looking for a designer who wants to work as a technical lead in land design. You will work on both smaller and larger assignments, together with colleagues within the department and in other technical areas in our multidisciplinary assignments. You will work in all stages of the construction process, from feasibility studies and early investigations to construction documents and follow-up during the construction phase with both private and public clients. Depending on the assignment, the work may involve responsibility for client contact, budget, progress, and problem-solving.

You will be part of a group with a good atmosphere and develop together with competent colleagues. We highly value innovation and knowledge sharing, and as an experienced designer, part of your work will involve developing our internal process and delivery models as well as competency development and coaching of our less experienced employees.

Your profile To be successful in this role, we believe you have a relevant post-secondary education, approximately 3-6 years of experience in land design or as a technical lead. We would like you to have experience with AMA and specification parts.

As the tasks center around communication and coordination with colleagues in different departments and between countries, we place great importance on your social skills.

It is important to us that you want to work and develop in the consulting role, and thus qualities such as humility and business acumen are appreciated. To thrive with us, we believe you are a social and self-driven person who appreciates a varied everyday life.

We work in a global corporation where we assemble teams across borders for assignments, so it is important that you possess very good skills in communicating in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
