Concrete Worker at K-Prefab in Finja

At K-Prefab in Finja, you will work in a production environment with forming, reinforcing, casting, and finishing walls, floors, balconies, and other concrete elements. Your Responsibilities

As a concrete worker, you play a central role in the manufacturing of prefabricated concrete elements. You will work flexibly and can switch between different departments depending on the needs of the operation. Examples of tasks within production include:

• Reinforcing, forming, and casting according to drawings
• Finishing concrete elements
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Working in a team and contributing to a good production flow
• Following safety procedures and ensuring quality in your work
• Being flexible and able to switch between workstations

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has commitment, drive, and a willingness to learn, and who has experience in the concrete industry, production, or construction environment. Since the work is physically demanding, it is important that you have good physical fitness. We prefer candidates who have previously worked with concrete. You take pride in delivering high-quality work and are interested in further developing your skills within the industry.

We expect you to have:

• Good understanding of Swedish in speech and writing
• Ability to read and follow instructions and drawings
• Attention to detail and responsibility in your work
• Forklift and overhead crane licenses (meriting)
