We at Attendo are now looking for a care assistant/personal support worker for Näsbyterrassen in Täby. Attendo Näsbyterrassen is a modern, newly built residence focused on sports and spa that opened in August 2024. We are located just next to Roslags Näsby station in a pleasant newly built area with cafes, restaurants, and greenery around the corner. The residence has 100 apartments, both for people with dementia and somatic diseases. At the top of the building, there are two large terraces, a spa and relaxation area, a large common room, and a gym for our clients.

Job Description As a care assistant/personal support worker with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our clients. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as contributing to various activities that brighten the everyday lives of our elderly.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the client's individual needs and wishes

• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.

• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions

• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)

• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Experience in care work in elderly care
