About the Role

We at Securitas are currently looking for a daytime group leader for the office in Karlskrona. Here you will work together with other group leaders and managers to create the right conditions for our employees. In the role, you will work as a guard, but your main task is to ensure that your team has the right conditions to carry out the daily work in the best possible way.

Through your engagement in the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-bonded teams. We at Securitas want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of group leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.

You will for example:

• lead and plan the daily work effectively for our patrol customers
• be involved in scheduling, vacancy resolution, and BO optimization
• manage daily contact with both large and small customers
• ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to

Requirements

• You are an educated guard VU1
• Have experience in security work
• Approved grades in Swedish and English from the first year of high school
• B driver's license

Meritorious

• Have a civil or military security guard training with approval
• Trained security guard
• Experience in leadership

For employment within Securitas Sweden AB, it is required that you have approved grades from the first year of high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company according to the Act (1974:191) on security companies (the application is made by Securitas). Depending on the position, a security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may also be relevant. To investigate and assess whether you meet the requirements to be approved according to the respective legislation, a background check will be conducted. The assessment concerns legal compliance, suitability, reliability, loyalty, and any vulnerabilities. Information obtained may, for example, come from yourself, open sources, or authorities. We apply a comprehensive assessment when evaluating suitability for each position.

Salary and employment conditions are based on the collective agreement between the employer organization Security Companies and the Swedish Transport Workers' Union.
