RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who has worked as a nursing assistant for a few years and is now seeking new challenges. You are confident in your professional role and know what is expected of you. When you work in the Staffing Pool, you will work at several different workplaces, both in home care and in special housing. You can largely plan which days and times you wish to work and will be booked at the units where there is a need. In the Staffing Pool, we work day/evening and also on weekends.

You will work as a nursing assistant, with all the tasks this entails, but with great variation in workplaces. It is required that you can adapt to new conditions and can travel to different workplaces within the municipality. This is a stimulating job where you will gain many new experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience from both home care and special housing. You will meet many different care recipients and colleagues, and it is important that you have a professional demeanor and are good at blending into the work groups.

You need to have basic computer skills and be able to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish. Furthermore, you should be comfortable being booked with short notice and sometimes with late changes. You must be able to cycle and have a manual driver's license. Access to your own car is advantageous. An interest in scheduling is a plus as you must ensure that routines and laws are followed when planning your working hours.
