We are now looking for a project manager for our client Sigma Technology!

A significant part of the role involves overall responsibility for requirements management. You will work on projects at the client's site, closely collaborating with the business and other stakeholders to ensure that the right requirements are identified, prioritized, and realized. The work spans the entire project lifecycle – from early needs analysis to delivery – with a focus on creating maximum business and user value.

In the role, you will be responsible for:

Gathering requirements

• Conducting workshops and interviews with relevant stakeholders

• Understanding business processes, user needs, and overall goals

• Capturing both functional and non-functional requirements, such as performance, security, and usability

Documenting requirements

• Writing clear and structured requirement specifications

• Ensuring traceability throughout the chain: requirements → development → testing → delivery

Prioritizing requirements

• Determining together with the business what is most important and creates the most value

• Balancing time, cost, and quality in the prioritization work

Managing changes and new requirements

• Ensuring a structured management of changes and additional requirements.

You will be part of a smaller company with great development opportunities and a fun, engaged team where strong team spirit is in focus.

We are looking for someone with at least 3–4 years of documented experience in project management within software development and who has a genuine interest in and good understanding of requirements management and how requirements are translated into development and delivery.

It is an advantage if you have extensive experience in project management in larger organizations as well as documented experience from assignments within the public sector.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Scope: Full-time, permanent
