Your work will also involve contacts with other operations within the company and the region. You will play an important role in the development of AKKA Rehab to help the area's residents receive good care.

You will be part of the management team for Prima Vård region Stockholm East, VGR, and Gotland along with other operations managers. We have an open and supportive work climate with good collaboration.

Who are you?

We are primarily looking for someone who is a licensed physiotherapist, occupational therapist, dietitian, or chiropractor with experience from similar leadership roles in primary care rehabilitation. You enjoy having a shared role where you can combine clinical work with leadership. The extent of your clinical work will be approximately 50%. You thrive in a dynamic environment in a clinic where you can help develop the organization together with the rest of the team.

As a person, you are empathetic, engaged, and competent. You are flexible, positive, and not afraid to take your own initiatives and responsibility. The assignment requires high social competence with very good collaboration skills, as well as a good ability and interest in creating order and structure with the ability to prioritize. To be successful in the role, we are looking for someone who is solution-focused and interested in using your creativity to see opportunities in different situations.

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment at 100% depending on your qualifications and conditions. We apply a 6-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously. The position may be filled before the application deadline.
