We are now looking for a Production Leader for one of our offices in Strömsund or Ramsele who wants to take on the challenge and grow with us at SCA Skog.

Your Next Challenge

Within SCA's forestry function Production, we are responsible for planning and harvesting forests, whether it is private forests or SCA's own forests. The function has about 160 employees and covers all production from Norrbotten in the north to Hälsingland in the south. Your team consists of your immediate manager and 4 Production Leaders.

In the role of Production Leader, you are responsible for the production of timber up to the customer. You lead and develop the operations of 4 to 6 contractor teams. Common tasks include pricing harvesting services, working with health and safety, and monitoring quality and environmental issues within your area of responsibility. You ensure that production maintains high quality and meets both internal and external requirements. You alternate work in the office with time out in the forest.

• You have a broad interest in forestry issues and are particularly interested in forest production.
• You have a forestry education or have acquired equivalent knowledge in the workplace.
• You have a B driver's license.
• You are proficient in Swedish as the language is used in daily work.
• You are accustomed to working with digital tools.
