As Lindevalls and Tekonf merge to form a stronger industrial company, we are now looking for a Technical Project Manager / Procurement Leader. The role is central to our larger deals and involves responsibility for driving projects from order to delivery – with high demands on quality, structure, and delivery precision.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead business towards customers in defense, security, and critical societal operations, where technical requirements, documentation, and quality are crucial. You are responsible for keeping the entire process together – from received order and requirement specification to final delivery.

The role combines project management, procurement, and technical dialogue, and involves close collaboration with customers, internal functions, and external suppliers.

• Lead larger deals from order to delivery

• Interpret, break down, and drive technical requirements and specifications

• Ensure quality, timeline, and on-time delivery

• Be the primary contact for the customer throughout the project

• Lead steering group meetings and report project status

• Drive technical issues, testing, and verifications

• Coordinate suppliers and production abroad, both within Europe and Asia

You are structured, organized, and confident in technical contexts. You thrive in complex projects where the requirements are clear, margins are small, and delivery must maintain high quality.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in technical project management and/or procurement management

• Technical background, preferably related to textiles, apparel, or technical products

• Experience in production abroad, for example in Europe and/or Asia

• Familiarity with working under high demands for quality, documentation, and traceability

• Very good English in both speech and writing

• Willingness and ability to travel for work

• The role involves international contacts and collaboration with external suppliers

• You will have a key role in a company undergoing development and merger

• Start: as soon as possible
