Lindevalls and Tekonf are in an exciting phase. The companies are merging to form a stronger industrial company with high ambitions in quality, structure, and growth. We are now looking for a project manager who will take overall responsibility for the merger – focusing on business systems, management systems, and operational progress.

About the role

In this role, you will have a clear mandate and significant responsibility. You will oversee the implementation of the business system Monitor, lead the merger of two companies into a common working method, and be responsible for building the new, joint management system (ISO 9001 and 14001).

You will work closely with the business and will primarily be on-site, driving the work methodically forward – from the current state to a functioning whole.

Your main responsibilities

• Project manage and coordinate the implementation of the business system Monitor

• Be the main contact for Monitor and external parties

• Lead and drive the merger of the companies into a common working method

• Revise, structure, and document the management system (ISO)

• Develop and follow timelines, ensure progress and delivery

• Ensure that decisions are made, activities are carried out, and that the project meets its goals

We would like you to have:

• Experience in project management in industrial or manufacturing operations

• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor

• Experience with management systems and ISO work

• The ability to create structure, maintain pace, and drive decisions through
