ABOUT THE POSITION

Magnetic Analysis Nordic is a subsidiary of the American company Magnetic Analysis Corporation, a global player with 90 years of experience in non-destructive testing. They develop and manufacture equipment based on ultrasound, eddy currents, and leakage fields, primarily for the steel industry. In Östersund, a specialized team of 13 people works on the design, development, and delivery of advanced testing and measurement systems to customers worldwide.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a junior electrical designer, you will work on the development and maintenance of advanced electrical systems. This involves a combination of design, programming, testing, and support for advanced testing and measurement systems. The role is flexible and will be adapted to your skills, with the opportunity to grow within a broad spectrum of applications.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has a post-secondary education in electrical engineering or automation, or equivalent work experience, for example as an electrical assembler or similar
Has experience with electrical schematics for electrical systems, either by having designed them yourself or by being able to read and interpret documentation
Has a strong technical interest
Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work

It is an advantage if you have:

Previous work experience in electrical design
Knowledge of PLC programming
