About the assignment Our client, one of Sweden's largest companies in property management, is now looking for a property technician for their service department. This is a consulting assignment where you will step in as a consultant through us at Bemannia and work on-site at our client's location in Stockholm Järva. 

The position is full-time at 100% from now until the end of August, with working hours varying between 07:00 - 17:00. You will be part of one of the districts within the management department and report to the area manager.

Your tasks

In the role of property technician, you will perform repairs in apartments, premises, and common areas.

Furthermore, your tasks will include the following:

• Responsible for planning and carrying out measures and repairs in apartments, premises, and common areas, as well as documenting completed work in the property system

•   If necessary, initiate orders to contractors through the authorized purchaser

• Participate in financial follow-up of the properties' operating costs

• Carry out supervision regarding the properties' operation and maintenance needs and plan preventive measures in consultation with the Area Manager

• Additionally, participate in any ongoing or new tasks related to the position

Your qualifications

• High school education, preferably with a focus on technology/society/economics, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that the employer deems equivalent

• B driver's license

• Documented experience in property maintenance and repair work

• Knowledge of property management

Meritorious 

• Post-secondary education with a focus on property technology, property operations, or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way that the employer deems equivalent

• Other language skills beyond Swedish
