Office Custodian at ISS in Stockholm

ISS has embarked on a new exciting assignment with an energy company in Stockholm! We are now looking for service-oriented office custodians who want to help create a pleasant working environment and spaces that facilitate our customer's daily operations.

About the Role

As an office custodian, you will perform minor repairs and maintenance of furnishings and equipment. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that our customer's offices and premises are perceived as safe, well-organized, and pleasant for both employees and visitors.

• Supervision, maintenance, and minor upkeep of premises
• Patrolling the customer's premises, reporting deviations, and taking action according to given guidelines
• Document and case management
• Storage management
• Inventory, ordering, and replenishment of materials, mail handling
• Reporting faults of equipment and furnishings related to the premises
• Assembly, repairs, and moving of furniture

Employment Type: permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months

Scope: full-time

Start Date: May 1

Location: Värtaområdet in Stockholm

As the customer operates a security-sensitive business, a security check with a background check will be conducted before employment.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, organized, and has a sense of structure. You have a good ability to see what needs to be done, prioritize correctly, and drive the work forward independently.

You easily create good relationships and meet both customers and colleagues professionally and service-oriented. The work involves both independent responsibility and teamwork.

We also see that you have:

• good knowledge of IT systems, such as Office and case management systems
• experience in handling documentation and cases
• good communication skills with proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of English is an advantage
