Main responsibilities
As a spare parts coach, you will manage daily operations and support spare parts staff and our service technicians in both large and small matters to make each day efficient and profitable. In your role as a coach, you will be the team leader of the group, collaborating with the workshop manager to optimize sales volumes and profitability for both spare parts services and service services within your area of responsibility. Your task includes ensuring that employees work according to Bilia's work processes through daily management and coaching.

What we expect from you
High school diploma or equivalent. Good knowledge of working with spare parts and service workshops, as well as computer skills. Documented leadership training and training in upselling are advantageous. A valid driver's license (B) is required.

As a person, you are quality-conscious, good at building positive relationships, and have strong prioritization skills. You are also a humble and attentive person who can motivate and engage employees in both good and challenging times. You have the ability to create and maintain customer relationships with both customers and colleagues.

Employment type, scope, location
