Operations Manager in Stockholm Region

About the Position

As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role with clear personnel and financial responsibilities, leading and coaching your team of about five to ten skilled technicians towards set goals. You will drive efficiencies and ensure that operations develop in line with the company's strategies. The role involves responsibility for both technical operational issues and close collaboration with tenants, where we act as the customer's right hand and serve as their eyes and ears on-site. An important part of the job is to assess and plan maintenance needs and to work proactively with technical solutions to ensure effective and long-term property management. Your main tasks will include:

  • Having operational responsibility to ensure that daily operational goals are met and that work order management is smooth and timely
  • Coordinating the work order flow, managing contracts and regulatory inspections, and driving profitability analyses and improvement work
  • Being responsible for the development of a team of technicians with various areas of expertise
  • Actively working with the follow-up of financial results, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing measures to increase profitability and create long-term business opportunities

About You

We are looking for someone who is social, structured, and can work independently. You are a responsible and business-minded leader with strong collaboration skills. You have a strategic mindset, can handle a fast-paced work environment, and possess a high degree of service and customer orientation. Furthermore, you work data-driven, follow up on operational goals, and strive to develop both your team, customer relationships, and processes.

To succeed in this role, you need

  • Experience in property technology, particularly within larger commercial properties and logistics properties
  • Experience in personnel management and work leadership
  • Knowledge of AFF and contract management
  • Experience in bid management and smaller projects
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent ability to communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Good administrative skills and computer proficiency, including documentation and record-keeping
  • Experience with property management systems (IFS or similar)
  • A valid driver's license (B) is required

Meritorious

  • Property education or equivalent experience
  • Experience in running operations with budget and financial responsibility
