The company specializes in the manufacturing and installation of steel doors, entrance systems, gates, and other custom metal constructions. With its own workshop and production, Järnet Smide focuses on quality, sustainability, and customer-tailored solutions for properties and housing associations.

About the position

As a service technician at Järnet Smide, you will have an independent role where you are responsible for service, repairs, and installations at customer sites around Stockholm. You will plan your own days and start from the office. The tasks include:

• Assembly, installation, and repair of doors, gates, and special constructions
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving directly on-site with customers
• Taking measurements and sketches for repairs or workshop production
• Welding with stick (MMA)

You will be an important point of contact for customers and represent Järnet Smide professionally in every assignment.

We are looking for someone who

To thrive and succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• Experience as a service technician or technician
• Driver's license (B)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Knowledge of low voltage
• The right attitude – driven, service-oriented, and eager to develop in the profession
• Representable and professional
