About the position
Perido is looking for a Facility Coordinator for a position with our client, a global company in the real estate sector. The company owns and manages commercial and residential properties, with offices in several cities across the country. You will belong to the company but work on-site at their client's premises in Solna.
Your responsibilities
This is an independent role that requires you to quickly reprioritize tasks as new ones arise. Since the work takes place in an international environment, you need to have solid experience working in English.
Main tasks include:
- Facility management
- Process development related to finance
- Budget control
- Measuring, evaluating, and improving KPIs
- Welcoming and assisting visitors
- Managing mail and packages
- Administrative tasks such as handling emails
- Managing bookings and maintaining conference rooms
- Contact with suppliers
- Arranging catering services
- Planning and executing events on-site
- Various administrative tasks, including purchase orders, invoicing, reporting, and summaries
- Handling maintenance requests
- Conducting inspections of the client's premises
- Managing large clients

Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception work, facility management, process development related
- to finance, budget control, and KPI management
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite – Excel, Outlook, and Word are required
- Experience working in English
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience in the event industry
- Experience in other service professions
Scope and start date
Full-time, consulting assignment initially for 6 months via Perido, with a possibility of permanent recruitment by the client. Start ASAP.
