Field Support Technician at Hydroware in the Stockholm Region
Hydroware develops, manufactures, and sells high-tech drive and control systems for elevators. With a strong focus on energy and resource efficiency, along with passenger comfort, we are today a leading supplier to elevator companies. To ensure that we have the best products on the market in the future, we invest heavily in product development and in creating tomorrow's elevators.
Hydroware is growing, and in connection with the launch of our HydroElite H2 and TractionElite H2 products, we are strengthening our Support Team with a Field Support Technician in the Stockholm region.
About the Position
In field support, several exciting challenges are combined in one professional role; top-class customer interaction, technical challenges, and pure problem-solving. In this role, you will be our expert and face in the Stockholm region, focusing on guiding technical questions, assisting with troubleshooting our products, and participating in the installation of new products together with our customers. As a Field Support Technician, you will primarily provide support during customer visits, but also via phone and email. You will mainly support the Stockholm area, but support may occasionally be provided to customers in a larger geographical area, focusing on Sweden and occasionally abroad.
The support team surrounding you consists of several employees, all of whom have many years of experience in our industry. We see continuous improvement work as an essential part of the core of our business, where we hope you will want to contribute.
Who You Are
We hope that you see an exciting challenge and opportunity in being part of the launch of Hydroware's new products, which create new possibilities for our customers for quick installations and cutting-edge technology in connected elevators.
We also see that you have;
- 5 years of relevant work experience with elevator systems and components or in similar businesses.
- Basic electrical training at least at the high school level, or equivalent assessed work experience.
- Good understanding of electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
- Good technical understanding, are technology-oriented, and generally practical and solution-oriented.
- Driving license B.
- Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of German is a plus.
- Experience with the modernization of Hydroeliter is advantageous but not necessary.

You will primarily provide support in the Stockholm area, which is why we see that you, as an applicant, live in Stockholm.

The employment is a permanent full-time position. You will belong to the office in Södertälje but work from home in Stockholm in connection with customer visits. You will have access to a service vehicle. Start date according to agreement.
