Mr. Bronck’s is now seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager who wants to help build a completely new restaurant concept from the ground up. You will be a central leader in the dining room and an important cultural bearer for the team.

About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and be responsible for ensuring high quality in daily operations. You will lead the team during service, coach and develop staff, and actively contribute to shaping routines, service culture, and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations and quality in the dining room
• Training, coaching, and development of staff
• Scheduling and staffing support
• Active and present leadership during service
• Participation in the development of routines, service concepts, and guest journeys together with the Restaurant Manager

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in leadership and daily operations within a restaurant
• Several years of experience in a role equivalent to F&B Supervisor
• Thrives in a role where you both lead and work operationally
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and inspiring as a leader
• Has ambitions to grow and develop in a dynamic organization
