In September 2020, we opened our doors with a bang. Since then, Ellery Beach House has become a natural refuge for the cosmopolitan guest who knows that the balance between pulse and relaxation is the key to a good life.

Our bar scene is a central part of the experience – and it continues to grow. Therefore, we are now looking for a Bar Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our six unique bars and create magical guest experiences in world-class together with us.

With us, classic cocktail culture meets vibrant, high-energy vibes at Bally Bar in the lobby and Coco Bar in our Beach Club – and everything in between. Each bar has its own identity, but all share the same ambition: to exceed guests' expectations, every time.

You are a confident and inspiring leader with solid experience in the bar and restaurant industry. You have full knowledge of beverages – from cocktails, wine, and spirits to beer and coffee – and you are just as passionate about the details in the glass as you are about the overall concept behind the bar.

As our Bar Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Operations, quality, and concept development for all bars

• Leading, coaching, and scheduling the bar teams

• Menu and beverage development in line with Ellery's brand

• Financial responsibility, purchasing, inventory, and cost control

• Ensuring a consistent and high guest experience in all environments

You are a natural joy-spreader – someone people want to follow, work with, and hang out with. You have that little something something that makes both the team and guests feel seen and inspired. Collaboration is natural for you; you don't believe in lone rangers but in the strength of a cohesive team where we do this together.

• Have several years of experience in a leading bar role (Bar Manager/Head Bartender)

• Are structured, creative, and business-driven

• Thrive in a dynamic environment with a fast pace

• Enjoy working evenings and weekends

• Are passionate about developing both people and experiences
