Your Responsibilities:

As a site manager with us, you will be responsible for leading and driving workplaces within construction projects. Your main tasks include:

• Plan, organize, and lead the daily work on the site.
• Ensure that the project is carried out according to set timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Integrate and follow up on workplace environment and safety regulations to guarantee a safe workplace.
• Be a driving force in solution-oriented problem-solving and adaptation during the project.
• Communicate and coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and other external parties.
• Lead and motivate your team to achieve common goals and deliver high-quality results.

Your Background:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry who wants to continue developing as a leader in exciting projects. Your background in work management, project management, and construction processes makes you a natural candidate. Furthermore, you are a team player who always prioritizes the team's best interests and thrives in a flexible environment and is solution-oriented. You have a strong customer focus but always act according to the laws and regulations related to workplace environment and safety.

With a structured and economic mindset, good knowledge of the Office suite, and a B driver's license, you are ready to take the next step with us.

It is an advantage if you have an understanding of the laws and regulations governing construction and civil engineering work. It is also advantageous if you have worked in any of the following systems: Bygglet, Next, Bidcon, and Bluebeam. Experience in cost estimation is also considered an advantage.
