We are now looking for paving workers for the Industrial division and our laying operations in Småland and Östergötland counties and surrounding areas. As a paving worker with us, you will be involved in both larger and smaller paving assignments. Our main client is the Swedish Transport Administration. Since the size and nature of the assignments vary, the tasks are diverse and provide opportunities for development within the profession. You will belong to a work team where you collectively carry out paving work according to given orders and existing regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that vehicles and technical equipment are maintained and in good condition, handling materials, measuring equipment, and other technical tools so that the final product meets the customer's quality requirements.

We primarily perform paving work in Småland and Östergötland counties and surrounding areas. You will work from home and can therefore live geographically in Småland, Östergötland, or Blekinge. Working hours are generally scheduled from Sunday to Thursday at different locations along Sweden's roads. Some of the work is performed during inconvenient hours.

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in paving work who enjoys working on the road. We view it positively if you have tried most roles in a paving team. A CE driver's license is a requirement when you work with us. ADR Tank and APV are strong merits.

At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting for skilled workers and have agreements on annual working hours. This means you primarily work during our season, April to December, and are off during January to March, provided you have reached your annual working hours during the season.
