We are now looking for a driven and committed project manager who wants to take a key role in our newly launched initiative in E-mobility and power installation.

As a project manager with us, you will have a central role in leading and developing projects in the area, where you work closely with our customers and ensure delivery with high quality – within set time and budget frames.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and wants to help build our E-mobility/Power Installation segment. Here you will have the opportunity to be involved from the start and influence both working methods, development, and future initiatives.

We also offer flexibility regarding the place of work – you can start from any Elajo office in Sweden.

Job Description

In your role as a project manager, you will:

• Plan and execute projects, from the bidding process to completion and delivery to the customer.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of the project.
• Follow up on the project's finances and timeline and report status to relevant parties.
• Be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships.
• Motivate and lead your team both in the field and in the office.
• Ensure that the project complies with applicable regulations and occupational safety legislation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Approved education in electrical engineering at the high school level.
• Post-secondary studies in project management are considered an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical power or a similar field.
• Good technical understanding of power installation and energy technology.
• Experience in cost estimation and development of technical solutions within transformers, switchgear, and power distribution in the industrial sector is considered an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
