We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager for Aspeboda Golfkrog. The role involves overall responsibility for daily operations and is suitable for someone with experience in restaurant operations and leadership.
About the position
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant and will work both operationally and administratively.
Responsibilities
– Daily operational responsibility for the restaurant
– Personnel management, scheduling, and staffing
– Ensure good service and high quality
– Collaboration with kitchen and serving staff
– Ordering, routines, and basic administration
– Follow-up on operations
We are looking for someone who
– Has previous experience in restaurant operations, preferably in a leadership role
– Is responsible, structured, and solution-oriented
– Has a good sense of service and leadership skills
– Enjoys working closely with the operations
