About the Role

With us, you will work with a dedicated team, and together we create a positive experience and a warm culture where everyone should feel welcome. As a shift leader, you are a role model for the team you lead. You work in daily operations and are the one who leads and distributes tasks. You ensure that the work is carried out according to agreed contracts and standards. Your responsibilities also include staffing, onboarding new employees, training, ordering goods, and handling any personnel issues.

You take initiative and have overall responsibility for the team and daily operations. To succeed in the role, you thrive in a varied pace and have a clear focus on service and quality. You collaborate well and communicate fluently with guests, colleagues, and managers. Order and structure are second nature to you, and you speak and write Swedish and English fluently.

Requirements

  • You have at least 1 year of documented work experience in a leadership role.
  • You speak and read good Swedish fluently.
  • You must be at least 20 years old as we serve alcohol and you may be required to be responsible for serving (according to the Alcohol Act 2010:1622 Chapter 8, Section 18).
  • In your application, you must state your citizenship and be able to present a passport that verifies your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must also be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
  • Please note that all successful candidates must provide a complete 5-year work history and undergo a criminal record check to comply with airport security regulations.

You will work shifts with job rotation. It is an advantage if you have access to a car as it can sometimes be difficult to reach the workplace using public transport. Our opening hours follow the needs of the sales units, which means varying working hours with early mornings, days, evenings, and weekends (Opening hours approximately 05:00-22:30).
