For us, the reception is the heart of the campsite. It is often where the vacation begins – and usually where it ends. Therefore, we are looking for someone who enjoys people, thrives when things are happening, and wants to go the extra mile for our guests.

Our goal is clear - to become the world's leading camping chain! To achieve this, we need engaged Receptionists who spread joy and make both guests and colleagues feel at home. Perhaps you are the one we are looking for?

As a Receptionist, you are our face to the outside world and a key player in the guest experience. Your approach sets the tone for the entire guest's stay.

Your days may include:

• Checking guests in and out (and ensuring they feel seen)

• Providing information, tips, and service – sometimes quickly, sometimes with extra care

• Assisting with bookings and inquiries

• Managing sales in the reception and shop

• Supporting colleagues in other areas when needed

The pace can vary – some moments are calm, others full of life. Therefore, it is important that you are flexible, stress-resistant, and detail-oriented, even when a lot is happening at the same time.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in customer service, preferably in reception or similar

• Are meticulous, structured, and enjoy when things are done correctly

• Are flexible and happy to help where needed

• Are stress-resistant and maintain calm even during intense periods

• Have a positive attitude, a twinkle in your eye, and are willing to share yourself

• Enjoy working in a team and contribute to a great atmosphere at work

You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, so that both Swedish and international guests receive the best possible service.

Education is an advantage – but personality, service mindset, and attitude weigh the most.

• Scope: approx. 20–40 hours/week

• Working hours: mornings, evenings, and weekends

• According to the Hotel and Restaurant Workers' Union collective agreement
